The Trip Distance Formula
Distance is a straightforward sum of the road distance for each leg of your route. Time depends on distance and the average speed for your chosen pace.
Total Drive Time = SUM( Distance of each Leg ÷ Average Speed for Pace )
If Return Trip: Total Distance = Total Distance × 2, Total Time = Total Time × 2
If Rest Stops added: Total Time = Total Time + (15 min × ROUND(Total Distance ÷ 200))
